Our custom die-cut full-grain leather patches are sewn directly onto genuine Richardson 168 hats or similar styles, creating a distinctive finished look. A variety of standard patch shapes are available, allowing you to customize the design to fit your logo and branding. Email your artwork to receive a free digital mock-up before production. Each leather patch is produced and applied in our North Carolina facility, where we carefully craft and finish every order.
